OUR CHURCH
The story of our church began over 35 years ago in a small storefront located on Branch Avenue in Providence, Rhode Island, where a small group of dedicated believers met with a heart for God and the City of Providence. Through outreach in the local communities and meeting together faithfully every week, Victory grew and moved to a new building located on Admiral Street, where the church continued to experience growth and revival as they prayed for their city and showed the love of Jesus to those who attended the church. Victory continued to grow and moved again in 2003 to our present building located on Veazie Street. Through the hard work and prayers of the members, a former jewelry factory became a place of worship for people of all nations to come and experience the Presence of God. To this day, Victory Church remains a safe place for people to come as they are and
experience God’s love and grace no matter their background.
Victory continues to grow and have an impact both locally and globally through weekly services, dynamic Life Groups, weekly outreaches in our city, and supporting missionaries all over the world. Over the years, Victory Church has sent out mission teams to several countries of the world to take the Gospel and support the local church abroad. No matter your age, Victory has something for all ages starting from birth!
We are a family that loves people and loves growth. Our Pastoral staff has a passion for the Word of God and a heart for coming alongside people to walk with them through life. Life is not easy, but there is a promise from Jesus that He is with us always. We love our church, we love our city, and we love Jesus! If you are looking for a home church, you are welcome here!

OUR VISION
The vision of Victory is to REACH the lost, RESTORE the broken, and REVIVE the believer.
Victory Church exists to expand the Kingdom of God at the local level in the City of Providence and surrounding areas, by creating a place for people to experience and encounter the love of Jesus through music, relevant messages and dynamic Life Groups. The expansion of the Kingdom of God continues at a global level through the support of missionaries throughout our nation and around the world as they spread the Gospel to all people groups. The church is not a building – it is the people, and by going into the city to meet people where they are, running a soup kitchen from our Cafe, and continually looking for how we can help our community in practical ways, we hope to win our city to Jesus so people can experience true freedom from the troubles of this world.
The God we serve is a redeeming God, and the stories of redemption of the people at Victory will not only encourage you, they will help you to see that no matter what has happened in your past, there is a place where you can experience freedom, healing and deliverance and we invite you to come visit us. We can’t wait to meet you and maybe one day hear your story!
